It will be delivered through a combination of lectures, interactive exercises, and group discussions.

Workshop Brief: To stay ahead of the competition, you need to start with your most important resource: the customer. Knowing your customers’ Jobs to be Done can redefine your landscape of opportunities when it comes to competitive strategy, product development, and sales approaches, including marketing and messaging.

Understanding what motivates your customers and their customer journey, both functionally and emotionally, enables you to focus on what really matters, like finding new ways to build both revenues and customer engagement.
