Jyotsna will host a workshop on “Creating impact and influence within organizations”. This session aims to help design leaders and aspirants understand how to create influence and impact in the design industry. The workshop focuses to identify opportunities for impact through the 4P framework: product, people, partners, and practice. It will be delivered through a combination of lectures, interactive exercises, and group discussions.

Knowing your customers’ Jobs to be Done can redefine your landscape of opportunities when it comes to competitive strategy, product development, and sales approaches, including marketing and messaging.

Understanding what motivates your customers and their customer journey, both functionally and emotionally, enables you to focus on what really matters, like finding new ways to build both revenues and customer engagement.
